Thank you for subscribing to CuteCode. We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Digital Products

CuteCode is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) product. Due to the nature of digital goods and services, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated and the service has been used, except under the circumstances outlined below.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with our product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

To be eligible for the 7-day refund, your account must not have excessive usage (e.g., hundreds of exports or API calls) during the 7-day period. We reserve the right to deny refunds for accounts that have clearly abused the service within this timeframe.

3. Subscription Renewals

We do not provide refunds for automatic subscription renewals.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again on the next billing date.

4. Exceptions

Refunds outside of the 7-day window may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Extended periods of downtime or service unavailability.
  • Billing errors or accidental duplicate charges.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@cutecode.app with your account email address and the reason for the request. We will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
